Tenant Proposition

The tenant proposition for Warren Brice Court is now available.

Services will include everything a business needs to operate from their first day of occupancy. Unlike traditional lease arrangements, tenants will benefit from all-inclusive services without being tied to long term contracts.

The single monthly charge will include the following:

  • Rates
  • Office Furniture (Optional)
  • Telephone per desk
  • Broadband internet access to all offices
  • Receptionist to meet and greet guests. Also to answer telephones / take messages in the tenants name
  • Allocated fax number
  • Cleaning
  • Service Charge
  • Utility Bills
  • Building Insurance
  • Landscaping
  • Security
  • 24 Hour secure access
  • Supplier Discounts
  • Technical support for the telephones and internet provision
  • Communal areas, staff kitchens
  • Business networking and access to advice, training and resources.
    • In addition, extras such as car parking, meeting room hire and copying will all be attractively priced.

      Letting will be flexible to the tenant and available on either a ‘Per Workstation’ or ‘ft2’ basis.
