Manchester’s Economic Solutions Ltd has secured £3.4m funding from The Co-operative Bank’s Property Finance Unit to create an innovative business environment specifically for the regions rapidly expanding businesses.
Economic Solutions Ltd will nurture rapidly growing small businesses by providing ‘grow-on’ office space and servicing a burgeoning need for the region’s growing companies.
The North West Regional Development Agency helped Economic Solutions acquire the land for Warren Bruce Court, situated on Warren Bruce Road, Old Trafford as part of the regions Economic Strategy.
The project has also been supported by the Greater Manchester Action Plan, which has provided £2.6 million of funding through the European Regional Development Fund.
The three-storey, 38,000 sq ft site will comprise of a range of office, space and house office units in a variety of sizes, depending on the needs of the business.
Warren Bruce Court is due to complete August 2008 and its managed office facilities will include secretarial and reception services, reprographics facilities and IT support services. The development will also boast high specification conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant and corporate catering facilities.

The main development partner Langtree and construction company Morgan Ashurst are working alongside Economic Solutions to bring the project to completion and have a proven track record in developing office based new build projects.
Other partners on the project include project manager and quantity surveyors
WCP Associates, architects DLA Architecture and structural engineers White Young Green. Buro Happold has provided mechanical and electrical services and monitoring consultants on the project are Savills.
